BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

HIGHLIGHTS OF MR. HOLZMAN'S CAREER:

1964-1967 Public Accounting.

1967-1974 IRS Pension Agent as well as an Audit Manager.

1971 Illinois CPA Certificate.

1974-1977: Co-founder of the pension consulting firm of Karel & Holzman.

1977-1983: Founder of the pension consulting firm of Holzman, Post, Ludwig and Schwartz (now known as HPL&S).
 
1988: Co-founder of Revere Healthcare.
 

1993-1997: Co-founder and a principal in THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR RETIREMENT BENEFITS.



1980-Present: Holzman & Associates: Purchase and Sale of Businesses



1997: Testified before the U. S. Senate's Special Committee on Aging regarding

errors and mistakes made by large retirement plans.  The Committee wanted to

know what changes should be made to ERISA to protect plan participants.
